Marriage Bucket List

Here I am listing to Country music(which most of the time I cant stand, it must be really late!), and I really wanted to take a minute and talk to all of you about the beauty that is marriage! Being a wedding photographer I of course love, love, I'd be silly if i didn't, but I really want to talk about my goals of being a better wife and friend!

I have been married for 3 years - 6 months - 27 days! So of course I am a boss at being married! LOL NOPE... Not even close! (song playing now is Stuck on you- Sugarland). We are just like every other newly married couple that get frustrated(me) that the other isn't doing what we want right when we ask, or getting irritated that the other didn't wash the milk out of the breakfast bowl(him!). Often time it is so easy to think about all the bad things going on in life to the point that is all you see. I don't know about you but when griffen is screaming, the house is..... HORRIBLE, and I haven't slept in to my normal 10am time I GET SO STUCK IN THAT HORRIBLE PLACE! Luckily I am married to my best friend that helps me see everyting clearly(even when he'd driving me absolutely crazy!)

Valentines has come and gone (bummer this would have'd been perfect for a V-day post!!) and i've decided i am going to have a month marriage bucket list! For the next 30 days i am going to be doing to do all the things listed below, either for my husband, or for my self! I am super excited (song - something bad - Miranda Lambert, lol this is kinda fitting)

Marriage Bucket list! Wish me luck!

Wash dishes together(... worst chore ever)

Play soccer

Make dinner thats not chicken or noodles( oh man... thats all i know how to cook!)

Go running together

Date night every Friday

Go mini golfing (Just a heads up i am very dangerous :) )

Go country dancing (this one is for me!!!!)

Kick Matthew's butt at Just Dance ( Its harder then it sounds..... he's kinda the king at just dance)

Have an all nighter (You know those fun crazy times we used to have before kids!!)

Have a romantic beach picnic!

Dance in the rain... or cold either!

This is so far the list... more will be added and I will let you all know how this goes!

Marriage in my opinion is so worth the hard times, the eh times and the good times and the priceless times! I know being married that I have a companion in all things! I will always have my partner in crime along side me, I will always have that shoulder to cry, and clown that makes me laugh so hard I try not to pee my pants (seriously pregnancy has killed my platter!!).
